How to post (not to post) a tweet on twitter
1 Think of an absolutely great idea or phrase for a tweet
2 wait for a time of day when lots of people will be on twitter
3 type up the tweet
4 try to size it down to meet the dreaded 140 character limit
5 determine what punctuation marks you can take out with out looking like a fool
6 realize your still at -10 characters
7 give up
8 quit twitter forever
